1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal Information You Provide

Dealers cannot register through the App. All accounts are created by the admin. Upon login, dealers may provide:

• GST Number
• Shop Address
• Shop Location (Latitude & Longitude — collected once only)
• Shop Image
• Pesticide License
• Fertilizer License

These fields may be skipped and completed later.

Permissions we request include:

• Location (Precise Location Access): Used only to capture shop location — no background tracking.
• Camera Permission: For capturing shop images and license documents.
• Files & Media Permission: Only for uploading documents and opening PDFs (statements, invoices, etc.).

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process your information to:

• Authenticate login
• Store and verify shop details
• Generate statements, invoices, and order info
• Manage products, cart, schemes, and payment information
• Provide customer support
• Ensure app security and performance

We do NOT process information for advertising.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

• Internal Admin Team — for account management, verification, and support.
• Service Providers — hosting and analytics services when required.
• Government or Legal Requests — if legally required.

We never sell or rent your personal information.

4. DO WE USE COOKIES OR TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

No. The Crypto App does not use cookies, beacons, or trackers.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep your data only as long as needed for business or legal reasons. If you request deletion, we remove your data from active systems.

We do not respond to DNT signals because there is no universal industry standard.

Yes. The Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to maintain compliance. The “Last Updated” date shows the revision time.
